煤矿压风机组恒压供风节能控制技术改造

摘    要:针对老式空压机传动效率低,维护量大,操作、检修工序复杂,运行费用高的情况,对L-42/7-X型空气压缩机进行技术改造,采用英格索兰ML300-2S-HV螺杆式空压机,并开发远程监控系统,采用集中控制系统来实现压风机恒压供风。改造后压风机操作和维护简单方便,提高了系统运行的稳定性和安全性,系统运行良好,供风稳定,节能效果明显,具有很好的经济与社会效益。
