某矿用防爆胶轮车架模态分析

摘    要:以某矿用防爆胶轮车车架为研究对象,根据胶轮车的行驶工况和承载特点。采用有限元分析方法对车架进行自由模态和约束模态分析,获得车架模态参数,将分析结果与发动机及路面激励进行了比较分析,结果表明整个车架满足动态特性的条件,确定胶轮车不会共振,为实际试验提供了参考和依据。

Abstract:Taking a mine use explosion-proof roller car frame as the research object,according to rubber-tyred car running condition of and load characteristics.Using the finite element analysis method to frame to free modal and constraint modal analysis,obtain frame modal parameters,will analysis results and the engine and road surface incentive makes a comparative analysis,the results showed that the entire frame to satisfy the dynamic characteristics of condition,to determine the rubber roller car won't resonance.F...
