蒽醌法生产过氧化氢工作液体系和催化剂的改进

摘    要:合成了邻甲基环己基醋酸酯(2-MCHA),并将其用作蒽醌法生产过氧化氢工艺中的工作液。与传统的工作液体系相比,该工作具有氧化时间短、溶解度大、时空产率高等特点。同时,开发了一种新型的加氢催化剂。实验室评价表明在该催化剂上反应的时空产率高,蒽醌降解少,与现行的工业催化剂相比,反应活性和选择性均有明显提高。

Abstract:2-methylcyclohexyl acetate (2-MCHA) was synthesized and used as the working solution for manufacture of H_2O_2 by anthraquinones route. Compared with traditional working solutions, 2-methylcyclohexyl acetate features shorter oxidation time, higher solubility and higher space-time yield. Meanwhile a new hydrogenation catalyst was developed. Laboratory test showed that the new catalyst features low anthraquinone degradation and higher space-time yield, with enhanced activity and selectivity.
