基于虚拟样机的行星齿轮机构效率仿真分析

摘    要:在三维软件中建立渐开线齿轮的三维实体模型,完成了2K-H型行星齿轮机构的装配体模型.并将其导入多体动力学分析软件中,添加约束.根据Hertz弹性碰撞理论,在齿轮之间施加接触力,实现了齿轮的啮合;然后分析了行星齿轮机构在不同工作模式下的机械效率,验证了理论效率公式的正确性.所采用的虚拟样机技术仿真行星齿轮机构效率的方法,为今后研究此类问题开辟了新的思路.

Abstract:The solid models of in volute gear are created in the three-dimensional software.The assembly model of 2K-H type planetary gear mechanism is completed,and then it is led into ADAMS.The restrictions of assembly model are appended.Based on the Hertz elasticity impact theory,the contact forces between gears are built.The mesh of gears is realized.The efficiency of planetary gear mechanism is analyzed in different working mode.The correctness of theory efficiency formula is validated.It is offered a new way of ...
