摘    要:在工业循环水处理中 ,应用生物技术来处理系统中泄漏的含油介质是一个新课题。新型高效生物除油剂SW - 1中富含活性物质 ,对含油介质具有较好的处理效果。实验结果表明 :SW - 1对 15 # 机械润滑油和原油的最高除油率分别为 85 6 %和 80 4 % ,且除油率是随着加药量的增大而先增大后减小 ;在 2 0 0~ 2 0 0 0mg/L的质量浓度范围内 ,除油率随着油介质浓度的增加而降低 ;同时SW - 1对循环水系统中的缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果没有明显影响。

Abstract:In the industrial circulating water treatment,it is a new problem to treat leaking oil containing medium by using biological technique.The new efficient biological unoiling reagent SW-1 contains active material and has a better effect on treating oil containing medium.The experiment results show that the highest unoiling rates of SW-1 are 85 6% and 80 4% for 15 # lubricating oil and petroleum respectively, and the unoiling rate increases at first and then decreases with further addition of this reagent.In the range of 200~2000 mg/L,the unoiling rate decreases with increase in oil concentration of the medium. SW-1 has no obvious influence on the effect of corrosion inhibitor in circulating water system.
