摘    要:针对传统电机保护器不具备通信功能的不足,该文以dsPIC30F6012单片机为主控制器,设计了一种基于DeviceNet的可通信智能电机保护器。它能在发生过载、三相不平衡、缺相等多项故障时实现对电动机的保护,并能够通过现场总线连接上位机实现对现场电机运行状态的实时监控。该文同时给出了相关的硬件电路、软件设计及DeviceNet通信的实现方案等。样机试验表明该电动机保护器工作可靠、实时性好,而且容易实现。

Abstract:A communication-capable intelligent motor protector based on fieldbus is designed on the basis of single chip dsPIC30F6012.Finally realizes protection for motor when occuring over loading three phase imbalance or lose phase,and real-time monitoring of the motor by connecting upper monitor.And the relevant software design,hardware circuit and the realization of communication based on DeviceNet are introduced phase.The showpiece is proved to be reliable.It is good in real time performance and easy to realize.
