摘    要:全面介绍了目前国内外换热器的防腐技术和方法,并对各种技术进行综合评价与比较.环保、低成本、高效率地提高换热器的耐蚀性能是换热器防腐技术的前进方向.因此,面对现代化工业和市场对换热器耐蚀性能要求的不断提高,综合各种防腐技术是解决换热器腐蚀问题的首选方法,改善电镀和化学镀非晶态镀层工艺问题、进一步提高非晶态镀层质量和沉积钛镀层的研究应是努力的方向.

Abstract:Present approaches and technologies of anticorrosion of heat exchanger are reported and discussed in this paper. Efficiently improving the corrosion resistant of heat exchanger by unpolluted and low-cost technologies is always the guideline. So using several technologies to solve the corrosion problems should be adopted firstly in the face of increasing needs of modern industry and market. The processes of electroplating and chemical plating amorphous coating and the coating quality should be further studied and improved, and deposition of titanium coating is worth studying greatly.
