闭合式磁力接头在电焊机地线上的应用

传统电焊机焊接地线与工件接触端接触点少,易使电缆发热烧损;地线与工件接触不良易使高精度工件表面损坏造成应力集中,降低焊接质量;高处作业时焊工手持焊接地线作业,存在安全隐患。为了解决这些问题,将可闭合式磁力器进行改造作为地线接头,这样可解决地线接头与焊接工件之间导电不良的问题。该接头结构简单,使用方便,最大限度地保证了焊接回路电流的畅通和工件表面的清洁。由于在焊接过程中没有了因地线位置放置不当产生的磁偏吹,焊接质量也大为提高。在高空作业时,有效减少了弧光和飞溅对焊工的伤害,也在一定程度上降低了高空作业带来的风险。
