| 摘 要： | 从常减压蒸馏装置运行情况看,装置的腐蚀主要表现为低温部位的H_2S-HCl-H_2O腐蚀和高温部位的硫腐蚀和环烷酸的腐蚀。对常减压蒸馏装置的腐蚀情况进行了综述,分析了产生腐蚀的主要原因,对其防护技术进行了归纳分析。

| Abstract: | It is seen from the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit operation that the unit mainly sulfurs from H_2S - HCl - H_2O corrosion at low - temperature locations and sulfur corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion at high - temperature locations.The corrosions of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit are reviewed,the main causes of corrosion are studied and protection technologies are analyzed. |
