摘    要:基于新型微机电系统(MEMS)仿生矢量水听器,首先利用计算机仿真对比分析了阵列空间谱估计4种相关算法(包括MUSIC算法、Capon最小方差法、空间平滑算法和MMUSIC算法)的优劣性.其次在对比分析的基础上,考虑实际操作的可行性和信号处理的准确性,选取定向精度较高,分辨能力较强的MUSIC算法处理不相干信号源,选取MMUSIC算法处理相干信号源.通过仿真验证和实验分析,结果表明,该MEMS矢量水听器阵列定向精度均在5°以内,具有较好的定向能力.

Abstract:Based on the novel MEMS bionic vector hydrophone, superiority inferiority of the array spatial spectrum estimation by four correlation algorithms (including MUSIC algorithm, Capon algorithm, Spatial smoothing algorithm and MMUSIC algorithm) have been firstly simulated by the computer. On this basis of comparative analysis, considering the feasibility of operating and the accuracy of signal processing, the MUSIC algorithm which with the advantage of high directional precision and high resolution capability is selected to deal with the irrelevant signal source, then the MMUSIC algorithm is used to deal with relevant signal source. By the simulated validation and experimental analysis, the results show that the array directional accuracy of the MEMS vector hydrophone array is less than 5° with good ability to direction.
