攀钢选钛厂工艺现状分析及对策

摘    要:针对现流程原矿准备环节多,重选和电选对-0.074mm细粒级物料选别效果差的问题,结合近年来有关工业试验的结果,提出了既简化原矿准备作业,减少砂泵运行,又强化原矿分级,提高选别效率的分级入选流程改造方案。

Abstract:In consideration of the problems of the existing flowsheet such as many run of mine ore preparation links,poor effects of gravity concentration and electrical separation of -0.074 mm fine ore and in combination with the results of the related commercial tests made in recent years,a flowsheet upgrading scheme is suggested which includes simplifying the run of mine preparation circuit,reducing the sand pump operation,intensifying the run of mine ore classification and improving the separation efficiency by separate treatment of the classified size fractions.
