船用高速大功率柴油机运行可靠性与再设计技术

摘    要:针对高速大功率船用柴油机在运行过程中出现的连杆断裂、轴瓦异常磨损等问题,提出了二次模型的分析方法,即以整体计算的结果作为边界条件,对局部模型再进行有限元分析。结果表明,二次模型分析方法适合于分析具有大型复杂结构、复杂边界条件的力学分析,能准确反映模型局部的细微特征。实船运行验证了方法的有效性,为高速大功率柴油机运行可靠性及再设计提供了有益的思路。

Abstract:According to the abnormal phenomenas,uch as connecting-rod broken and bearing worn occurred in working process of high-speed and high-power marine diesel enginet,he three-dimension models of connecting rod and bearing is proposed,The whole model is analyzed in two steps.Firstlyt,he whole connecting rod model is analized.Then based on the former resultst,he bearing model is re-analyized.Results showed that the two-step model method was suitable to describe fine part o models with complicated construction and boundary condition.The caculation accuracy is obviously higher than that of the prevous one,testing proved that is an effective way and provides a new approach for operation reliability and re-designing on high-speed and high-power diesel engine.
