| 摘 要： | 抛物线型钻头在欧美各国已得到广泛应用,而在我国只有少数厂家生产。这种钻头目前主要用在汽车和发动机制造行业中加工中等尺寸的深孔。本文介绍了硬质合金抛物线型钻头的设计和制造。切削试验证明,这种钻头的性能优于普通结构的钻头,它具有寿命高、轴向切削力小和排屑容易的优点。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the design and application of carbide drill with parabola type has been introduced. This kind of drill is mainly used for deep hole in the machining of automobile and engine industry. Its high efficiency indicated that it is one of the developing tools for our country. |
