光栅投影法形貌测量误差的分析

摘    要:光栅投影法是计算机辅助设计、逆向工程等领域用于物体轮廓测量的常用方法。首先分析光栅投影法的结构原理,得出高度拟和系数并非常量的结论。详细阐述了象点坐标误差对系统精度的影响,并给出了误差补偿方法。据此提出修正的高度拟合公式,实验结果证明新拟合公式的有效性。

Abstract:Grating project is a common method use for profilometry in Computer-Aided Design, Reverse Engineering and other fields. The structural principle of grating is analyzed at first, and then a conclusion is reached that the height fit coefficients are not constant. The influence on system accuracy of image point coordinate error is analyzed in detail and some compensation approaches are provided. A modified formula is proposed and verified by experiments.
