| Abstract: | Seminar is an effective way to stimulate student's the initiative of studying and to improve teaching quality.The key steps in seminar have been discussed by taking the course "Advance Inorganic Chemistry" as an example.The results show that the necessary factors are composed of suitable topic,sufficient preparation,skilled organization,essential summary and self-summary. |
