摘    要:使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对330kV棒形悬式复合绝缘子进行三维计算分析,讨论了导线、铁塔和均压环对绝缘子(I型)沿面场强分布的影响。运用随机搜索法的优化技术对均压环的环径、管径和环的抬高距进行了优化计算。得出高压导线的存在使棒形悬式绝缘子电场均匀化,铁塔对侧相的绝缘子电位分布影响最小,选择合适的均压环尺寸(抬高距、管径和环径)可以有效地降低棒形悬式绝缘子端部芯棒和护套所承受的场强的结论。

Abstract:Three-dimensional(3D) electric field of 330 kV long-rod composite insulator is calculated by using ANSYS software,a finite element analysis(FEA) software package.The effects of conductor,tower configuration and grading devices on the electric field and voltage distribution along the insulator(I type) are discussed.ANSYS optimized method used to search the reasonable parameters(height,ring diameter and tube diameter) of grading ring.The result shows that the conductor line is the main factor for improving voltage distribution along the 330 kV long-rod composite insulator in service condition.Tower configuration has less effect.Grading ring near the end of insulator conductor can reduce the electric field strength at organic material(internal housing and core).
