沥青烟气净化技术的应用研究

碳素生产中排出的沥青烟气严重污染环境,治理技术难度大,成为企业急需解决的难题。采用静电除尘器与热管换热器结合的方式,对某企业焙烧窑烟气净化进行了应用研究。实践结果表明单纯用静电除尘器易使沥青回收斗出现凝固堵塞,改用热管换热器与静电除尘器相结合治理,净化后烟气中的烟尘浓度、苯并（a）芘含量和沥青烟浓度,均达到了国家排放标准的要求。收集的沥青,可回用于生产系统。

Research on the Application of the Asphalt Smoke Decontamination Technique

The asphaltum fume caused by carbon production pollutes the environment seriously.It is a difficult and urgent technique problem for the enterprises to deal with.The paper focuses on the research of the calcining kiln fume cleaning technique applied in an enterprise by merging the use of electrostatic cleaner and the heat pipe exchanger together.The result shows that this technique could avoid making the asphalt recycler jammed.The new method of cleaning the fume,can make the soot concentration in the smoke,the BaP concentration and the asphaltum fume concentration meet the country＇s discharge regulation.The recycled asphalt can be reused in production.
