| 摘 要： | 本文首先对六西格玛与实验设计，六西格玛与统计过程的关系提出了疑问，接着介绍实验设计在六西格玛推行的过程中所扮演的角色，然后深入阐述统计过程控制在六西格玛推行过程中所扮演的角色，最后对实验设计与统计过程控制与六西格玛的关系作了简单的总结。
