摘    要:塔式起重机作为一种应用非常广泛的建筑机械,其安全问题显得尤为重要。针对以往51系列单片机数据处理能力的不足,本文提出了一种基于ARM处理器和嵌入式操作系统的新型塔式起重机“黑匣子”的设计方案,阐述了该装置的软硬件设计方法以及上位机的塔机工况记录模拟软件的实现方法。该塔式起重机“黑匣子”不仅具有常规的数据记录功能,而且综合了多种电子限制器的功能,给塔式起重机提供了可靠的安全保障。基于平台概念的设计方法也为其它采用嵌入式系统开发的工业控制工程提供了思路。

Abstract:The security of tower crane which is a kind of building machinery used widely is important especially. The design scheme about a new black-box for tower crane based on ARM and embedded operating system is proposed in this article, because of the capability of processing deficiency of the 51 series microcomputer. Hardware and software design method for the black-box are expatiated, and the recording and simulating software on crane work state is implemented. The new black-box can not only record data, but also integrates functions of many electronic limiters and ensures the safety of tower crane. This design method based on the platform provides a thoughtway for control engineering developed by using other embedded system.
