| 摘 要： | 研究了混合料水分对承钢含钒钛烧结过程、烧结矿的矿物组成、矿物结构、烧结矿强度和烧结矿冶金性能的影响,发现适当提高烧结混合料水分对于改善承钢烧结矿的质量和提高产量十分有利,但水分过高会对烧结矿质量和产量都产生不利影响,确定承钢烧结混合料水分应控制在7.5%左右.

| Abstract: | This paper studies the effects of moisture in mixture on sintering process,the mineral composition,structure,strength and metallurgical properties of vanadium-titanium sinter.The research showed that the appropriate increase of moisture is very beneficial to improve the quality and quantity of the sinter,but too high moisture is negative to improve the product of the sinter,the moisture of Chenggang should be controlled around 7.5%. |
