| 摘 要： | 随着技术进步和工业化的快速发展，板带产品供需量迅猛增加，市场竞争不断加剧，产销衔接矛盾和供应链管理问题突显，对钢厂和用户影响加重。从分析板带产品生产特点和客户群的特点入手，梳理板带产品产销衔接矛盾，对板带产品供应链管理问题提出建议。
