摘    要:对于高炉布料操作,使用现有技术、难以准确分析高炉冶炼过程。激光技术作为一种非接触、高精度、快速有效测试手段,越来越被冶金行业重视。结合对多座无钟炉顶高炉布料过程的实际测试,开发了激光在高炉受料罐内料面测量,气密箱的监视,溜槽倾角的测量,以及料流轨迹和料面形状的测量方面的应用技术,为激光技术在高炉布料上的应用推广奠定基础。
