竖炉直接还原过程中硫的行为和分配规律

摘    要:研究了竖炉直接还原过程中硫的反应行为和分配规律。测定和分析表明,竖炉煤气中硫化物以H2S为主,COS在造气炉出口只有痕迹量。在竖炉试验中始终产炉料对煤气进行硫。炉料取消熔剂后煤气脱硫增加,而矿石吸硫量变化不大。

Abstract:Reaction behavior and distribution of sulphur during direct reduction in shaft furnace are studied in this article. By testing and analyzing it has been shown that the most of sulphide is H_2S,while COS rarely exists at the exit of gas generation furnace. In shaft furnace, gas is always desulphurized by charge. When flux is removed from charge,the desulphurization of gas increases,but sulphurization of iron ore has few changes.
