| 摘 要： | 正确使用HEP-2清洗剂已是当前迫切需要关注的问题。HEP-2清洗剂具有清洗效果好，价格与原有的ODS清洗剂大体相当的优点。如果使用不当，会出现酸度，本文从酸度概念分析，应用监视清洗槽内溶液的酸度方法；达到正确使用HEP-2清洗剂的要求。还介绍正交试验法，寻找正确使用HEP-2清洗剂的清洗工艺最佳方案。

| Abstract: | w to correctly use HEP-2 cleaning agent has become an urgent and focus problem. HEP-2 is characterized by good cleaning result with price basically equivalent to the original ODS solvent. If used improperly, acid degree may occur. This paper will make analysis from acidity conception by monitoring acidity of solution in cleaning bath so as to meet the requirement for correct use of HEP-2 cleaning agent. And at the same time, it has also introduced orthogonal test method in order to find the optimum cleaning process for correct use of HEP-2 cleaning agent. |
