摘    要:现有输电线路巡检计划安排存在巡检效率低等问题,为优化输电线路巡检计划,降低输电线路的巡检成本,本文提出一种基于动态风险评估的输电线路巡检计划优化方法。综合考虑影响输电线路故障的内外部风险及故障造成损失,建立动态风险等级评估模型,通过量化风险值以评估线路风险等级,确定合理的巡检周期。基于巡检周期建立输电线路巡检计划的多目标优化模型,根据目标优先级利用多目标粒子群算法进行求解。最后采用某区域实际输电线路验证该模型的有效性。

Abstract:In order to optimize the inspection plan and reduce the inspection cost of transmission lines, this paper proposes an optimization method based on dynamic risk assessment. Considering the internal and external risks of transmission line faults and the losses caused by faults, a dynamic risk level evaluation model is established, and the reasonable inspection period is determined by quantifying the risk value to evaluate the line risk level. The multi-objective optimization model of transmission line inspection plan is established based on the inspection period, and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem according to the priority of the objective. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by the actual transmission line in a certain region.
