MoS2对镍基复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:用粉末冶金热压制备了含不同MoS2质量分数的镍基复合材料,发现MoS2的加入可增加材料的硬度,却降低了抗弯强度,光学电镜和X射线衍射分析组织及物相表明,材料的力学性能与形成的碳化物和硫铬化合物有关.

Abstract:Ni-based alloy composites with different MoS2 addition amounts were prepared using P/M method.Findings indicated that the addition of MoS2 could increase the hardness of the composites,while poor results were obtained for the compressive strength at room temperature.The microstructures of the composites were studied using optical microscope and were correlated to their mechanical strengths with respect to the formation of carbides and CrxSx+1.
