热通量测量在B/KN03点火药装药结构设计中的应用

摘    要:固体火箭发动机点火装置的设计优化通常依靠它与发动机进行匹配试验来确认。匹配试验周期长、费用高,如果辅以热通量的测量,可以减少匹配试验次数,降低试验成本,缩短设计周期。依据热通量测试原理,制作了箔式铂热通量计和固体火箭发动机电点火具热通量测试装置。对3种不同药型的B/KN03点火药装药进行瞬态和轴向热通量分布的测量和分析,在此基础上确定了某空空导弹点火发动机电点火具B/KN03点火药装药的药型,并且通过点火发动机匹配试验验证了装药结构设计的合理性。
