| Abstract: | Based on the detailed analysis of the technological property of the grounding reed part, a set of 10-position progressive die was designed and manufactured. With the die, the bending of reed part at every place could reach the ideal result, without using any non-vertically moving mechanism. The die structure characteristics and the points needing attention in the design of the die were introduced in detail. |
