手机C形弹片多工位级进模设计

摘    要:分析了手机C形弹片的冲压工艺,简要阐述了采用级进模设计的必要性。在制件展开后介绍了成形制件具有切侧刃、冲导正孔、冲废料孔、折45°角及折90°角等共7个工位的排样设计。该级进模采取标准的八块板结构,采用导料板进行导料,配合侧刃定距和导正销精定位。本文对卸料板和凹模板进行了详细的设计加工说明,此外,对折弯成形凸、凹模结构也进行了简要说明。

Design of Progressive Die for Mobile Phone C Shrapnel
Abstract:The stamping process of mobile phone C shrapnel is analyzed, briefly explains the necessity of using progressive die design. Describes total 7 stations layout design such as the forming side blade with cutting, punching, punching waste pilot hole, bending angle of 45 ° and 90 °.Standard structure of this progressive die adopt and eight plates in all, also the feedingguide plate, with the side blade and guide pin positioning included. The stripper plate and the die clamping plate for the design process in detail,moreover, the bending forming die structure are briefly described.
