| Abstract: | Establishing modern enterprise system is the orientation of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Based on the management experience in Shanxi Aluminium Plant, this paper indicates that it is necessary that enterprise equipment management must set up a series of modern management concepts, explore feasible philosophy for equipment management with enterprise characteristics, and establish a set of scientific equipment management operational system in order to meet the requirements of establishing modern enterprise system and to promote the development of state-owned enterprises. |
