煤层深孔聚能爆破裂隙扩展数值模拟

摘    要:在煤层深孔聚能爆破现场试验的基础上,应用非线性动力分析有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对煤体致裂过程进行了模拟,探讨聚能爆破作用下煤体力学行为及裂隙扩展机理。研究表明,爆破改变了煤体应力状态,聚能效应导致煤体力学性质在聚能方向发生显著变化。此外在聚能方向上煤体粉碎区范围相对较小,而裂隙扩张半径明显大于非聚能方向。

Abstract:Based on the field experiments of coal bed deep-hole cumulative blasting,nonlinear dynamic analysis finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was applied to simulate splitting process,investigate coal body mechanical behavior and crack propagating mechanism under cumulative blasting.The studies show that blasting changes coal body stress state,and cumulative effect leads to significant changes of mechanical property in cumulative direction.Furthermore,crush zone range in cumulative direction is relatively smaller,but crack propagating range is distinctly larger than that in the non-cumulative direction.
