摘    要:介绍了基于Web的设备监测与维护系统,该系统可以远程采集与监测设备的状况,当设备故障发生时,系统会自动触发报警。通过采用软件虚拟仪器,可以节省昂贵的硬件仪器,使得虚拟仪器软件的维护和扩展相对容易。借助交互式诊断平台,可以共享诊断经验,以便及时向设备操作人员提出建议,大大提高了设备故障诊断与预测的可靠性。

Abstract:This paper presents a web-based equipment monitoring and maintenance system that can remotely sample and monitor the condition of a machine, and trigger the alarm automatically as an equipment fault occurs. Through using software virtual instruments, expensive hardware instruments can be saved. As a result, the maintenance and update of VI software are relatively efficient. In virtue of the collaborative diagnosis platform, we can share the diagnosis experience, and give some advice to equipment operators in time. In general, the reliability of the equipment fault diagnosis and prediction can be improved considerably.
