| 摘 要： | 知识管理作为一种与知识经济社会相适应的管理理念和管理方法,已在企业中受到广泛的关注,成为企业发展的强大推动力。而高校作为知识的生产源和集散地,实施知识管理,不仅有利于知识的积累、共享和交流,而且有利于高校教育创新和核心竞争力的培育。对高校实施知识管理的必要性及具体措施进行了分析。

| Abstract: | As a kind of idea and method of management,the knowledge management has attracted great attention of businesses,and has become vital driving force of companies' development.Colleges are resources and transmitters of knowledge.Practicing knowledge management in college will not only benefit to collection,share and exchange of knowledge,but to improve the college's educational innovation and the core competitive ability.This paper analysed the necessity and specific measures of practicing knowledge management in colleges. |
