考虑螺栓预紧力的单缸机机体及主轴承结构强度分析

摘    要:随着柴油机强载度的提高,考虑螺栓预紧力的机体与主轴承强度、刚度设计计算等工作逐渐受到重视.基于有限元软件,建立了耦合螺栓预紧力的柴油机机体模型,模型中还考虑了螺栓头支撑面与主轴承盖、主轴承盖与机体的接触关系.模态分析表明,考虑螺栓预紧力建模时,降低了机体的模态频率,改变了机体的振型,因此,螺栓预紧力及接触建模是必要的.在1250kN装配预紧力下,螺栓上的最大应力达到850 Mpa,机体的最大应力达到200Mpa,轴承孔垂向最大变形量达137μm.当加载轴承载荷时,气缸体、曲轴箱、主轴承盖的应力均小于120 Mpa,轴承孔变形量为118μm.计算表明,单缸机机体应力安全裕度大,主轴承座的刚度可以确保主轴承油膜的安全.

Abstract:The coupling model of cylinder block considering boh preload was established based on FEM soft- ware. The results indicate that the maximum stress of bolt and block is 850Mpa and 200Mpa, and bearing bore deformation is 137μm in the 1250kN pretightening condition. When bearing force loaded, stress of the main components is less than 120Mpa, and bearing bore deformation is 118μm, and the bearing oil film is not broken in both conditions.
