摘    要:针对某型号连杆,利用应力测试方法,测量了不同活塞销与小头孔配合间隙下的应力。分析了不同间隙对小头过渡圆角处应力的影响程度,对连杆疲劳试验方法改进及结果评估提供参考。

Abstract:For a certain type of connecting rod, the stress status of main parts is gained via stress test of the different fit clearance between the piston pin and connecting rod. The study on the impact of the different clearance provides a reference for improving fatigue testing methods and results assessment.
