基于SWOT模型定量求解的工程项目设计投标决策

我国建筑市场的逐步完善使得工程项目实行设计招投标成为必然趋势.能否做出正确的投标决策是设计单位竞标的关键.在建立设计项目投标决策评价指标体系的基础上,借鉴运筹学中"运输问题"的建模思路,引入效用值的概念求解SWOT模型,得出工程项目设计投标决策的最优解.该方法所得结果正确、合理,能解决目前我国工程项目设计投标决策工作中不易量化的难题.

A Research on Quantitative Solution on SWOT Matrix Analysis on the Design Bidding Decision-making of the Engineering Project

It has been an inevitable trend to implement bids on the engineering project design with the construction market's gradual consummation in our country.It is important for the designing department to make the correct bidding decision-making.This article has firstly set out an evaluation index system on bidding decision-making of the design project,by introducing the utility,then solved the SWOT model with the modeling mentality of "transportation question" in the operations research,finally obtained the optimal solution to the bidding decision-making of the engineering project design.The result obtained is correct and reasonable and can well solve the problem that the bidding decision-making of engineering project design can not been easily quantified in our nation at present.
