腈纶毛线热解产烟规律的研究

摘    要:利用热重红外联机分析技术,研究了不同气氛和升温速率下腈纶毛线热解烟气中HCN和NO的生成规律,得到了腈纶毛线热解烟气中HCN和NO的时间一浓度曲线,揭示了不同的燃烧条件对热解生成这两种气体的影响。

Abstract:Many people has been injured or died by toxic gas in fire. Acrylic fibres' pyrolysate including HCN and NO are virulent. The pyrogrenic rule of acrylic fibres which produce HCN and NO in different atmosphere and temperature has been studied through Thermal Analysis-Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy online technology. Acrylic firbers' pyrolysate of HCN and NO has been found.The effect of those two gases by different pyrogenic condition has been pointed out.
