冠带层模量对轿车子午线轮胎接地性能和侧向刚度的影响

摘    要:采用有限元分析法研究冠带层模量对轿车子午线轮胎接地性能和侧向刚度的影响。结果表明,冠带层模量相同时,随着侧偏量的增大,轮胎下沉量、接地面积以及接地压力的极大值和幅值增大,径向刚度减小;侧偏量相同时,随着冠带层模量的增大,轮胎下沉量和接地压力的极大值和幅值减小,径向刚度、侧向刚度和轮胎接地面积增大。

Abstract:The effect of modulus of cap ply on the contact performance and lateral stiffness of PCR tire was investigated by FEA. The results showed that,when the modulus of cap ply was the same and the lateral run out increased, the deflection, contact area, maximum value and amplitude of ground contact pressure increased, and the radial stiffness decreased; when lateral run out was the same and the modulus of cap ply increased, the deflection, maximum value and amplitude of ground contact pressure decreased, and the radial stiffness, lateral stiffness and contact area increased.
