调控中心监控自动化系统与通讯功能浅析

摘    要:针对电力系统传统的监控中心设备运行集中监控、输变电设备状态在线监测与操作功能不能够满足现代电网提高驾驭大电网的调控能力和调控一体化问题。本文从调控中心监控自动化系统与通讯功能出发,对监控自动化系统在无人值班变电站设备运行集中监控与通讯功能中存在的不足进行分析,提出完善方案,以提高系统故障隔离的能力,使设备具备自描述、自适应、自诊自愈能力,提高驾驭大电网的调控能力和优化配置资源能力,并指出调控中心未来发展方向。

Abstract:There are many problems in traditional monitoring centre such as running centralized monitoring, online monitoring and operating of electric transmission and transformation equipment. They can no longer satisfy the needs of improving the regulatory capacity and regulation integration in modem power grid. To solve these questions, based on the automatic monitoring system in regulatory centre, this paper analysis the shortage on running centralized monitoring and communication for automatic monitoring system in unmanned transformer substation, It proposes a solution to improve the capacity of failure isolation, make it self-described, self-adapted, self-diagnosed and self-cured, which improve the capacity to regulate and optimize allocation of resources to drive the great power grid better. It also points the direction of the monitoring centre in the future.
