| 摘 要： | 液态烃球罐受到介质中水和硫化氢作用极易发生腐蚀开裂，导致火灾、爆炸等事故。在对几起液态烃球罐开裂原因分析的基础上，提出了内壁表面喷砂处理、控制焊接和热处理工艺的修复方法，同时提出了修复质量的检验方法和指标。

| Abstract: | Spherical tanks for filling liquid hydrocarbon were prone to corrosion crack under the condition of water and sulfureted hydrogen,which brought on the fire accident,blast and breaking out accident. Spraying sand, controlling the welding technique and heat treatment were brought forward for repairing the spherical tanks on the base of analyzing the reason for cracking of spherical tanks for filling liquid hydrocarbon a few times. Quality testing technique and guideline were put forward. |
