摘    要:为了判断某蒸汽发生器传热管的开裂性质和影响因素,用电子显微镜对该蒸汽发生器传热管管束裂纹进行断口电子金相分析.通过对管束大量电子断口的观察分析,证明了断口为准解理断裂,具有河流花样的特征.根据电子衍射和电子探针对管束断口腐蚀产物和夹杂物的分析计算,确定了腐蚀产物和夹杂物的成分.由断口形貌特征及对比试验可以确认该蒸汽发生器传热管管束发生应力腐蚀开裂,是一种脆性的穿晶断裂.

Abstract:In order to judge the cracks' characters and the influencing factors of steam generator tubes,electron metallographic analysis of cracks of a certain steam generator tube was made by electron microscope.According to analysis result of tubes' cracks fracture observation,it proves that the fracture is quasi-cleavage fracture which is characterized by river pattern.By analyzing the corrosion products and inclusion in the cracks by electron diffraction and electron microprobe,the composition of corrosion products and inclusion is ascertained.It can be ascertained from the tepograping of the cracks and the comparison test that the stress corrosion crack generated in the steam generater tube is a type of brittle transgranular fracture.
