接线盒上盖逆向工程技术研究

摘    要:以接线盒上盖作为实物,阐述复杂型面模具设计与制造中逆向技术的应用。首先分析数据采集技术,包括样本实物扫描、测量数据的修正、建立零件原始点云模型、曲面重构等。然后以SolidWorks和MasterCAM为软件平台,分析CAD建模、模具设计、模拟加工、生成NC程序等过程,说明逆向工程在快速模具制造中的应用技术。最后说明快速原型制造的应用。逆向工程技术的应用可缩短新产品的上市周期,提高产品开发质量,对快速响应市场产生显著效果。

Abstract:A terminal upper-cover in this design was used as a model to describe how the reverse engineering was used in mould design and manufacturing.It introduced the apply of RE,such as data collection,model scanning,establish points clouds original modeling and surface reconstruction.By using SolidWoks and MasterCAM as software platform,it discussed the method of CAD production design,mould design and then virtual manufacturing and NC code generating.It analyzed the key technologies to produce the issue by using TSJ-200 desktop manufacturing machine.Using RE technology,the period of new products coming into the market could decrease and the quality of products could raise, and thus producing a remarkable result of rapid resplendence to the market.
