基于单片机的酒精浓度检测仪的设计

摘    要:以STC 12C5A32AD单片机作为控制器,以MQ-3乙醇气体传感器作为检测器件,进行了酒精浓度检测仪的设计.介绍了此款单片机和传感器的工作特性,并叙述了系统电路的工作原理.提出了酒精浓度检测仪设计的方案,并对设计的硬软件进行了综合测试,结果表明,设计出的仪器能够成功地实现酒精浓度的检测,具有一定的现实应用前景.

Abstract:The paper designs an alcohol concentration detector by using STC12C5A32AD MCU as controller and MQ-3 alcohol gas as detecting device. It introduces the features of MCU and sensor and describes the function of system circuit. Then it puts forward the designing of alcohol concentration detector and tests the software and hardware of the design. Results show that the design successfully detects alcohol concentration, and is with certain practical prospect.
