| 摘 要： | ERP作为一种先进的管理思想和管理工具 ,通过对企业进行内部资源的管理和优化 ,来实现对成本的控制和提高生产效率 .本文阐述了ERP的发展及其实施原则 ,通过分析目前中国服装企业现状和计算机管理水平 ,阐述了中国服装企业实施ERP的必要性 .同时 ,分析了中国服装企业实施ERP时应遵循的一些原则 ,提出了中国服装企业实施ERP的远期目标 .

| Abstract: | As advanced managing idea and method, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) can control the cost and increase the production efficiency through administering and optimizing interior resource of enterprise. This paper introduces the development and executing principle through analysis of the actuality of computer management level of Chinese garment enterprises. So, it is necessary to execute ERP in Chinese garment enterprises. At the same time, the paper analyzes some principles that should be followed by the garment enterprises executing ERP. The further goal of garment enterprises executing ERP is put forward in this paper. |
