有关张力减径机减经分配目前尚没有一种统一的方法，提出的用幂函数建立的张力减径机减径率分配通式及其计算方法可适用于各种张力减径机。只要选择不同的幂指数值，即可获得不同分配规律的减径率计算公式。其中幂指数ｎ〉１的非线性分配规律，适用于多机困大减径量的张力减径机。

An All purpose Formula to Calculate the Reducing Rate Distribution in the Stretch reducing Mill on the Basis of Power Function

There has been no unified means of calculating the reducing rate distribution in stretch reducing mill yet.An all purpose formula and its calculation method for the reducing rate distri bution expressed by power function is applicable for various stretch reducing mills.The calculation formu las for the reducing rate of different distributive rules can be obtained,provided different values of expo nent of the power function are assigned,of which the nonlinear distributive rule with the exponent n >1 of the power function can be applied to the stretch reducing mill with large reducing quantity in the multi stand mills.
