| 摘 要： | 鉴于传统特征识别技术在实现复杂近净成形产品计算机辅助设计模型与其他应用系统间信息共享与集成中遇到的困难,提出了基于全局曲率分析的特征识别算法以及面向多应用领域的层次化几何抽象表达方式。根据产品几何模型中曲面曲率分析的结果,对曲面进行分类和分割以获得与原计算机辅助设计模型相对应的曲率域表示层,并进一步从中识别出独立于应用领域的凸凹特征表示层。通过将不同抽象程度的产品模型表达方式和面向特定领域的知识、规则和算法进行融合,为不同应用领域提供所需的产品信息模型,最终实现产品计算机辅助设计模型在下游各应用系统间的信息共享与集成,并以钣金成形与注塑成形领域中的两个实例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
