摘    要:用3,3‘-二氯-4,4’-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)和4,4’-二苯甲烷型双马来酰亚胺(BMI)合成了一种新型的适用于浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的扩链剂.分别以MOCA、BMI-MOCA以及两者的混合物作扩链剂,采用预聚体法制备聚氨酯弹性体,研究了MOCA用量、BMI-MOCA用量以及后处理对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响.结果表明:MOCA用量为12%(质量分数)时,制得的试样力学性能最佳;以BMI-MOCA为扩链剂时,容易制得高强度高硬度的聚氨酯的弹性体;适当后处理有助于提高聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能.

Abstract:A new chain extender, which can be used for costing polyurethane elastomer,was synthesized from MOCA and BMI. By using MOCA, BMIMOCA and their blend as chain extenders, polyurethane elastomer was prepareed in process of prepolymerization. The effects of MOCA contents, BMIMOCA/MOCA ratio and postcure on the mechanical performance of polyarethane polyurethane elastomer were studied. The relation between structure and properties of the elastomer was discussed. The results show that the perfoamances of the elastomer based on 12wt% MOCA is the best, and high strength and hardness can be easily obtained by using BMIMOCA as extender, Aftertreatment can enhance the mechanical performances of polyurethane elastomer.
