摘    要:目前以三级控制模式为基础的自动电压控制策略大都假定所有控制设备可以并行操作、且同时完成动作。作者首先以电厂自动电压控制系统为例,分析了实际设备动作速度不一致可能造成的监控节点电压或机组无功出力越限情况,然后以减少控制过程中的电压波动为目标建立了控制动作顺序优化模型,并给出了不同控制时序下设备整定值的修正算法,最后通过福建电网实际数据的仿真结果证明了模型和算法的有效性。

Abstract:It is assumed for most present automatic voltage control strategy that all control devices can be operated in parallel and control actions are simultaneously completed. Taking automatic voltage control systems for power plants for example, the situation that voltage at monitored node or reactive power output exceed specified limit due to non-uniform action speeds of actual devices is analyzed. Taking aim at reducing the voltage fluctuation during control process, an optimized model of control action sequence is proposed and algorithm of modifying setting values of devices under different time-sequence of control is put forward. Finally, by means of simulation based on actual data of Fujian Power Grid, the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is validated.
