混合遗传算法在数值函数优化中的应用

摘    要:基于遗传算法(GA)与共轭梯度法(CGM),提出了一种混合算法,把CGM作为重要操作算子加入GA中,CGM仅作用于父代的最优个体,使该方法兼具遗传算法的优良全局搜索能力和共轭梯度法的强大局部搜索的特点,将其用于函数优化中,数值算例表明,该混合方法与单纯的遗传算法或共轭梯度法相比,具有快速收敛性和全局最优性。

Abstract:Based on genetic algorithm and conjugate gradient method,this paper proposes a combining algorithm.By defining an additional operation which is designed as CGM operator and only act to the best individual in the evolution processes of GA,this method possesses both the merit of genetic algorithm on strong global searching and conjugate gradient method on strong local searching ability.This algorithm is used for function optimization.The Numerical examples show that compared with the GA or CGM,the hybrid algorithm has features with quick convergence rate and the best global performance.
