| 摘 要： | 针对自保护药芯焊丝O型截面的实际构造，详细阐述了外皮钢带搭接对电弧形状和熔滴过渡形式的影响结果，分析焊丝外皮钢带搭接可引起的如飞溅、气孔等焊接缺陷的原因，并成功研制了一种性能良好的自保护药芯焊丝，提出了减少产生飞溅、气孔等焊接缺陷的措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the practical structure of O section flux-cored wire,the effects of overlap edge of steel strip oo arc profile and droplet transfer mode were given in detailed formulation.The reasons that welding defeets such. as sputtering.gas porsity can he induced by the overlap edge of steel strip were discussed.The methods to reduce wehiing defects such as spultering,gas porosity were put forward basing on a self-shielded flux cored wire suecessfully developed by the author with good properties. |
